Less People,

More Adventures.

Deep Powder. Epic Terrain.
One Unforgettable Trip.

With 1.2 million acres across four mountain ranges, Bearpaw Heli-Skiing offers some of the most exciting and varied heli-accessed terrain in British Columbia. From high alpine bowls and glaciated runs to perfectly spaced tree lines, every descent is a chance to discover your favourite line—followed by lodge vibes, gourmet meals, and a private cabin to recharge for tomorrow.

Small Groups,
Big Days.

With just eight guests per week, split into two groups of four, you’ll enjoy unmatched access to fresh lines—and the kind of lodge camaraderie you won’t find in larger operations.

Each group skis with certified local guides who know this terrain inside and out, backed by a full-service lodge team who handles everything behind the scenes. After the last run, return to your handcrafted log lodge and settle into a space that feels less like a ski hotel, and more like your own private alpine retreat.

The Bearpaw Difference

  • INTIMATE GROUPS: Fewer people means more personalized experiences.
  • SINGLE OCCUPANCY GROUPS: Rest easy in your own private space, no bunking required.
  • MASSIVE TERRAIN: 1.2 million acres across four mountain ranges.
  • NATURAL TREE SKIING: Open, gladed forests shaped by the region’s unique climate.
  • FIRST DESCENTS: Ski lines so remote, they may not even have names—yet.
  • FLEXIBLE PACE: Go fast or take it easy. We’ll match your energy, every run.

Think You’re Ready?

We welcome both first-time and experienced heli-skiers and boarders. If you’re confident on most runs at a major ski area and have moderate fitness, you’re ready.

What matters most is a good attitude and a love for adventure. Conditions can vary—powder, wind-affected snow, even the occasional crusty day—but our guides work hard to find the best snow in the tenure. A bit of dryland training or time on your local hill beforehand is highly recommended.

We provide Blizzard Spur and Rossignol Super 7 powder skis, Burton Fish snowboards, and all avalanche safety gear. Just bring your own ski boots and mountain-ready layers.
