Bookings for 2028 open on November 1, 2026. See Available Dates
You’re not the only one with questions, and we’re happy to answer them. Here are the most common ones we hear to help you feel ready, relaxed, and excited for what’s ahead.
Our small group model means space is extremely limited, with only eight guests per week. We recommend booking at least 18 months in advance to secure your preferred dates.
For cancellations made 120 days before your arrival, a refund of your payment minus the deposit will be issued. We do NOT offer refunds on cancellations made within 120 days of arrival.
It’s easier than most heli-skiing operations – just fly into Prince George, BC, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll pick you up from the airport and shuttle you to our lodge. We’re an hour and fifteen minutes away!
Yes! If you arrive and depart during our scheduled transfer windows, shuttle service is included in your package. Off-schedule transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
We sure do. Helicopter transfers to the lodge are available at an additional cost. It’s a quick 20 minute flight.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. It’s important to ensure you’re covered for cancellations, trip interruptions, or unexpected medical needs.
You don’t need to be a pro – just bring a sense of adventure (and maybe a few warm-up laps at your local hill before you come).
Absolutely. Many of our guests are first-timers. If you can comfortably ski or board most runs at a major resort, you’ll be just fine.
This varies depending on weather and group pace, but you can expect full days with plenty of vertical and lots of fresh tracks.
Yes! All meals are included. You’ll enjoy hearty breakfasts, picnic-style lunches in the mountains, and gourmet dinners served in our cozy, view-filled dining room. Après-ski snacks and local BC drinks, including Pacific Western ales and BC wines, round out the day. If you have dietary needs, just let us know in advance and we’ll take care of you.
Yes! We have reliable Wi-Fi, thanks to Starlink, and a landline is available if needed. You’ll be able to stay connected (if you want to).
It’s luxury in the woods – simple, handcrafted, and deeply comfortable. Guests stay in private, beautifully restored log cabins tucked into the forest. Each room features handcrafted log beds, heated slate floors, and a private ensuite bathroom. Expect luxurious mattresses, cozy down comforters, and a warm, restful atmosphere to recharge after a day on the slopes.
